Here is a book that is life changing: This is the book that inspired my friend Sam to teach in Rwanda and it is the book that solidified my understanding of women’s rights violations world wide and one of the reasons I went to work in Africa myself. But its fascinating, true-story narratives are just as inspiring and high spirited as they are informative. They have also made a documentary and a movement surrounding this amazing book.
